You'll work together to:

• Outline the fundamental purpose, value, and use of your information system as a first step in the solution development process
• Define the scope of the architecture - be it a discrete project, a set of projects in a business initiative or an enterprise-wide plan
• Develop an architectural overview of the information system that will serve as a basis for timely decision-making

Following the workshop, MIS creates a report and presentation that summarizes the workshop results and highlights prioritized business goals and principles and outlines recommended next steps.
